*CALL TO WORSHIP
One: God desires partners:
All: So God made the trees dance and the mountains sing,
One: Made bees buzz and sea gulls soar,
All: Made children to skip, hope and tumble,
One: Made women and men to pray and laugh.
All: God intended joy:
One: Flowers in every field and on every table,
All: Kindness in every embrace,
One: Happiness in every balloon,
All: Beauty in everyone.
One: God smiles -
All: With every baby born,
One: With every prayer said,
All: With each note sung,
One: With each alleluia raised.

SILENT REFLECTION
UNISON PRAYER
God of wind and sea, of sky and
river, we give thanks for the gift of life. We bring before you our gratitude
for the miracle of nature's beauty, nature's rhythm, the breath of life. Preserve in us the desire to honor your
creation, to know your handiwork, to share this symbol of your love for us with
all your children. As part of your creation, make us sensitive to its fragile
health. May we learn to care for our earth and those who inhabit it as you care
for us. May all of your creation
experience the new life you have provided for us in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.

You but open your hand, O Lord, and
all of our needs are met. This beautiful and bountiful earth provides for our
physical and esthetic necessities. Your church helps meet our spiritual needs
and offers us opportunities for learning your Word, experiencing meaningful
fellowship and serving in Christ's name.
We praise you for the privilege of giving because it is in sharing our
gifts that we find worth and joy. Accept
our offerings as we express our gratitude for all that we are and all that we
have. Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
