SILENT REFLECTION
UNISON PRAYER
Creator God, whose love for all of
us was revealed in Jesus Christ, draw us into a relationship of trust in you
that will help us day by day to discern more clearly the way, the truth, and
the life you intend for us. Help us, in
all humility to follow Jesus, to do the works of Christ without calling
attention to ourselves. We long to
become that spiritual household of mutually caring people that Jesus sought to
model among us. Amen.

We dedicate these gifts and ourselves to you, Generous God, for we want to accomplish the greater works to which Christ calls us. Increase our generosity that we may learn to give in proportion to the mercy we have received. Ready us for the sacrifices that may be required of all who seek to live in faithful response to the way, the truth, and the life. May the programs supported by our offerings turn us and many others from our vain idol and distracting pursuits. Amen.
