UNISON PRAYER

Baptizing God,

            open up your heavens.

            Send your Spirit upon us.

Let us again hear your voice saying,

            “These are my beloved children.”

As Jesus pleased you well,

may our hymns and prayers gratify your ears,

may our daily thoughts and actions gladden your heart,

may our daily lives please you always.

We pray to you in the name of Jesus,

who entered the waters to join himself to us,

and produce our transformation for your pleasure.  Amen.
