As it
springs to life, do you even notice it?”

on towards the goal,
our
prize is the uplifting call of God in Christ Jesus.

UNISON PRAYER OF CONFESSION
O God, whose upward all in Christ Jesus we have so often chosen to
ignore, we confess that we settle for lesser goals while you summon us to
embrace the realm of heaven. Take hold
of us, O Christ. If we have fallen to
the ground, lift us up. If we have lost
sight of the finish, point the way.
Grasp our hands and pull us forward, seize our spirits and urge them on;
show us the course and we will press toward the goal, toward the prize of our
high calling as your people. Amen.

building up of your heavenly kingdom. Use our efforts for your service as we
