Gracious God, your Son, Jesus,
sowed your seeds of love and grace.
Through the power of your Holy Spirit, weed out the things in our lives
which choke out your Word. Transform the hardness of our hearts, to nurture the
seed that falls upon them, that we may become the good earth, yielding the
fruits of your Word. In Christ's name we
pray. Amen.

Our church’s School Supply
Pantry will be the recipient of the Loose Plate Offering on next
Sunday, August 7. The School Supply
Pantry provides school supplies to needy children in our immediate area.
Approximately 100 children are served each year. Love INC refers them to the Pantry. Funds from this Loose Plate Offering will
supplement the congregation’s donations of school supplies. A few items most in need are scientific
calculators, backpacks and scissors.
Please give generously to support this outreach of our church.
